The type of personal information we collect -

We currently collect and process the following information:

Personal identifiers i.e. names, email addresses, postal addresses,
phone numbers.

Photos, date of birth, member’s class of membership and amount paid
this includes whether a member suffers from a disability.

How we get the personal information and why we have it - 

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by
you on joining.

We use the information that you have given us in order to process your
membership and to send you important information about the Club.
We do not share this information.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful
bases we rely on for processing this information are.

(a) Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time.
You can do this by contacting bdacmembers@gmail.com.
(b) We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information - 

Your information is securely stored.

We keep all the personal information listed previously for 5 years We will
then dispose your information by deleting your records from our computer
database.
